Website chat
Jodie powers the AutoLab website chat. Information you choose to submit, including messages and any name or phone number you provide, is passed to the chat service to respond to your enquiry. The widget uses browser storage to remember chat state and whether its introductory prompt has been shown.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and clicks on our telephone, WhatsApp and booking links. These clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm that a call, message or booking was completed. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect vehicle lookup, chat or booking.
Analytics can receive page information, campaign information, device and browser information, and online identifiers. Our custom events do not include names, telephone numbers, vehicle registrations, form entries or chat messages. Google processes technical connection information when analytics requests are sent. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.
The analytics cookies use the prefix autolab_ga and are set for up to 180 days. We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings at the bottom left of the page to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops this integration, removes its cookies and reloads the page; it does not erase data already collected. The separate booking website and third-party services have their own settings.

Retention and security
