Direct access to a working master workshop
Master-tool users can upload original files through the AutoLab portal for calibrated software and requested options. Linked slave-tool users can access appropriate tooling support and dealer pricing while retaining a clear route to the master provider handling the file.
The difference is practical: AutoLab is also a functioning vehicle workshop. Diagnostic data, road logs and hardware questions are understood in the context of real faults and real vehicles rather than treated as a filename alone.
Supported work depends on ECU or TCU type, read method, software version and the quality of the original read. Trade users should provide complete vehicle details, tool information, modifications, fault codes and logs whenever they are relevant.
