What we need to know.
Tell us the model, year, engine, transmission and any existing software changes. Include service history, judder, slip, delayed engagement or warning messages. DSG and S tronic names cover different hardware, so compatibility cannot be assumed.
How we approach the work.
We identify the transmission and supported functions, review relevant diagnostic information and discuss the desired behaviour. Where software changes are appropriate, verification considers engine torque and how the vehicle drives.
Software does not repair worn clutches or mechatronic faults. Features such as launch-control adjustments and torque-limit changes vary by application and are not universally available. We do not guarantee component life.

Not necessarily. Tell us the current engine software and your goal so both can be considered together.
Will tuning fix gearbox judder?
It should not be used to mask a mechanical or control fault. Describe the symptoms so the correct diagnostic work can be arranged.
Can you tune every DSG or S tronic?
No universal compatibility is claimed. The exact controller, transmission and software support must be checked.
