DSG / S tronic Tuning
Gearbox calibration considered alongside engine torque.
Explore DSG / S tronic TuningMake everyday driving feel more responsive. Stage 1 ECU Remapping adjusts the engine calibration to suit supported standard hardware, your vehicle and the way you use it.
Drivers who want a stronger mid-range response and more useful torque without starting a hardware build. Tell us whether your priority is daily driving, motorway use or a particular hesitation you want investigated.
We need the exact engine and ECU, gearbox details, current software and any modifications. A standard-looking vehicle may already have a remap. Warning lights, clutch slip, boost leaks or poor running need investigation before calibration.
We confirm support and your goals, consider fault memory and relevant live data, then discuss suitable calibration. Road logging and drivability checks are used where appropriate to the vehicle and conditions. AutoLab does not have an in-house dyno; we do not present estimated gains as measured dyno results.
Results vary with the engine, fuel, hardware and condition. A remap cannot repair a fault or guarantee reliability or lower fuel costs. Confirm the work and vehicle-specific price before booking.
Preparing your vehicle for remappingIt is intended for suitable standard hardware. Existing wear or faults may still need repairs, and support must be confirmed for your exact vehicle.
Use the lookup as a starting point, then ask for a vehicle-specific assessment. Any estimated figures are not a measurement of your car.
Yes, ask about the exact transmission. Engine and gearbox support are checked separately; not every gearbox can be tuned.
